My visa paywave works again after I insert card key in pin

Dun know what's cause.

How many times did you wave? I was told by CS that you can wave twice a day consecutively. The third transaction must be PIN, then you can wave again.

I applied for pbb credit card 2 weeks ago and when I checked my application status just now, it said my application status had been cancelled. Is cancelled status means rejected? or I need to apply again?

i using App, only app can apply the promote code. most of the time traveloka offer better price compare to other like agoda, booking.com

cancelled and rejected are different. better call up to see what is the reason being cancelled and rectify the prob. no point reapplying if it's gonna get cancelled again later.

I waved my Quantum Visa at the same Aeon counter six times with a few minutes interval last Monday without any problem.

My VS hardly use pin, all uses wave until wave error happened then only use pin

Hmm.. Different experiences. I did mine at Jaya Grocer last week - RM50 Touch and Go reload within seconds of each other. The 3rd transaction was rejected, so I phoned CS when I got home and they told me the 2 wave "rule". I know ages and ages ago I used to wave at AEONBig for gifts cards like 8 x RM50 without problem.

I’m just curious why they have this specific rule for Quantum and not other cards.

PB has always blocked my 3rd transaction at the same terminal....that's when I had only VS card... even now, but with 3 cards I could distribute the swiping...

just tried this at CBTL @ IOI City Mall. using Quantum Mastercard on citibank contactless terminal. RM10 for any ice blended. chose the most expensive on the menu, Chocolate Mousse Ice Blended with Coffee @ RM16.80.

Nope , first cc from PBB. Maybe I provided enuff documents lol. Anyway, they want me to go to public bank to get an online account, its troublesome and I don't feel like doing it. Unlike UOB cc, I can create online account without going to the bank.

But do u use any other services like SA, FD, loan, etc with them? I m completely new customer and they took 2 weeks to approve my application..

I have only a savings account with them, which is dormant for a few years already.

Phew. Glad it wasn't just me! Yes now I split between cards for multiple waves at same terminal.

I've definitely swiped the same visa signature 5x consecutively before at same merchant...
