Update regarding my missing Week 4 & Week 5 10x swipe bonus.

PBB CS just called me, marketing dept verified it is error from their end and will credit back RM50+RM50 to me. 

My last transaction was on 30th August also, and got full RM50. Just saw the week 6 full RM50 amount came in as well, this week I finished by Tuesday.

call CS to investigate.

claim that you made 10x RM50 within the week. *upfront ignore* mentioning the MPSP transactions, unless PBB stated explicitly those are not eligible (if so, ask them why  , just interested to know their answer )

if you should get at least RM20, then continue pressing them to recalculate. they'll take some time, usually around 1 week to revert back to you on their checking/calculation.

please email their customer service instead. most of the time the phone CS don’t know what they are talking about.
