I was once banned by uber for low ratings. However after multiple email exchange, I managed to get them to reactivate my account. But still not doing trips for ublur. Last trip with ublur was July 2017.

Not enough drivers and yet they are banning seasoned drivers.
Wonder when it will be my turn lol... I drove for Uber in the last couple of days. 80+ trips, AR = 85%, CR = 25% Overall, income is still as crappy as when I last stopped 3 months ago. Upfront fare is fcked up, contact support also they don't layan. Trip duration estimation is totally wrong. After-work peak hour, 30min 2km trip is only ~rm5 upfront fare. And this was in PJ area with 1.6x surge. So I can conclude, fck Uber. Drive Grab better, tutup mata also easily rm30/hour. |

Uber nowadays tries to trick driver. U will get a ping with surge 2.0x but the upfront fare is no where near that figure. So they keep riders happy and screw the drivers.

Last week, the quest is rm150 for 15 rides...and I completed in one day.....this week is 75 trips for rm150...sorry haven't even start a trip...if you can lower down to rn150 for 15 rides, I can allocate another half day to achieve this...

Rm45 incentive is so ciput. Better just offline. Don't let rider take advantage use us for cheap rides and then give one star plus professionalism report.

I already switched to grab.....i thought once i didnt drive for uber a few weeks the incentive may go up but  Wonder how they can attract new drivers/maintain current drivers with ciput incentive like this  |

1) this ublur driver quest system give more attractive payout to the inactive driver hope to lure them back to ublur platform......
Ended up these driver only wait drive for them when incentive back to the attractive level after stop driving for sometimes. 2) Same as promo code to rider. Give some much promo code to rider, hope to promo ublur brand and convert these riders to be regular users.... Ended up rider only used ublur when there is promo code. Short distance some more + FOC. they even think something is wrong when no promo code offered to them. Conclusion, they should change their official brand name to ublur.
