Bought 11.11.2018
No picture
Under senheng warranty, cannot repair
Now senheng ask to choose other tv. Original price, topup if needed

Just found out 2020 X8000h got
Triluminos colour
X1 processor
Dolby vision and atmos
*
So senheng warranty is kenot repair then choose same value? The original price is before discount or after discount price?

The amount that I originally paid in 2018 after discount
Any higher on new TV I need to top up

2018 x70f now same value with x80g 2019
If I choose this model then no need top up. Only benefits Triluminos colour and android

Whoaa... So bagus la Senheng.. Even the price is wayyy higher than other retailer but got one to one replacement. I bought Sharp TV, from Thye Hin got so many taichi to claim warranty. Of course la price wayyy lower than Senheng. After this, i will buy from SenHeng lah.

If got stock, you will get the TV on the spot?

Service center did took my TV back to try repair but its the panel rosak. Need to wait stock from Singapore. After one week they give up. So senheng give option to change same range model or other higher end model top up from original price

Yes. Now only x8000g got stock.
They allow me to wait X8000H 2020 stock to come, just need to top up.

Just came back from klcc sony
H 2020 model only got 55 X8000H display, other size not yet arrive.
Colour can challenge X8500G and better in brightness

Need recommendation for TV

Requirements:
- 65" and above
- Support Atmos, already bought the Q90R soundbar
- General usage: 70% drama, movie 30% gaming on console
- Smart TV <- actually not really a requirement considering all new TV is smart
- Homekit <- good to have, but optional for now, since it's still relatively new for TV and mostly only supported in flagship model
- LED will do, QLED or OLED is way more than i'm willing to pay for right now
- Budget currently looking at 4-6k+, can stretch but must be justifiable and anything more than 10k is just too much for a TV
- Looking for most value for money option where possible <- hard earn money so will hati sakit when spending
- viewing angle should not be an issue, will be seated at least 2m away

bought myself LG SM9000 today. Harvey Norman online store. dont have HN where i lived, so had to order online.

a few hours after buying dat, i got a call from HN ampang. the guy said there's a mistake with their listing, that the tv got no stock left. so i said okay, just refund me. about 10 minutes or so the same number called back and he sai LG pipu said still got 1 unit available. so i said i want to proceed.

then i check HN website. SM9000 is not listed anymore. looks like LG nanocell 2020 is coming i guess.. should i refund? hmm... i have a feeling the 2020 nanocell not gonna be cheap as SM9000 (RM6497 after rebate 500)

65x8000h rm4499 before discount.

This TV is not suitable for dark room, black looks more like grey.
Better for drama/series in room with lights on or ambient lights.

In US, recommended retail price
X7500H usd 749.99
X8000H usd 999.99
X9000H usd 1399.99 I guess if Malaysia launching rrp price will be few hundred ringgit more than rm6k

BTW I still haven't got my X8000H yet. Paid in kl, delivery at hometown. Over there no stock yet

Good choice.
I can't wait for X9000H. My claim must be done in July and I buy too much tv these few years

I stick to X8000H for my parents who watch Chinese dramas with lights on most of the time

Looks like Hisense has updated their line up for this year. Too bad they are offering only 1 ULED model (U800QF) and in only 65' size.
Anyone have idea how will it be in terms of performance. Will it be comparable to the samsung Q80T?

Just ask hisense fb, u800qf is basically h8g downgraded version. Not android tv, no jbl sound system etc.

I myself very interested in h9g, ask them about it but they inform so far no plan to bring that model to msia.

Well looks like its similar to the UK version of U8Q. If thats true, then this TV will same similar performance like the H9G. 100+ local dimming zones with 1000+ nits of peak brightness.

Finally upgrading to a 65inch TV from a 9 years old Sharp 32inch LCD

Samsung UA65RU7100KXXM (brand new, bought from a guy who won it from lucky draw/contest)
Samsung HW-R650 (second hand, 6 months old)

So far I am happy & totally satisfied with both of the items. A whole new experience since 65inch is a huge leap from 32inch, took me few days to adjust laugh.gif

but just do take note, that your aircon is just above the TV, and sometimes, aircon do have drips, so just be careful and watchful...enjooooy
