Finally upgrading to a 65inch TV from a 9 years old Sharp 32inch LCD

Samsung UA65RU7100KXXM (brand new, bought from a guy who won it from lucky draw/contest)
Samsung HW-R650 (second hand, 6 months old)

So far I am happy & totally satisfied with both of the items. A whole new experience since 65inch is a huge leap from 32inch, took me few days to adjust laugh.gif

Nooooo...Dont throw it away!!! you need to keep it for a year!

hahahha...just kiddin bro rclxm9.gif Congrats on your new toy!

Normally I would keep it for a month, since most of them do give 1-1 exchange and by law, they should as well, and consumer need to return with the packaging.

So before you throw it away, couple of things, I would do, either tear out the serial number label for safe keeping. Bcoz, when you were to claim the warranty you would need the serial number, if you dont have the label, you need to run behind the TV and find it.

Or, since its modern times, you could just take picture and store it for future use, or just ignore all the above...since the serial number is there anyways behind the TV.

Different people organize/manage things differently, so its up to you, no right or wrong here. rclxm9.gif icon_rolleyes.gif Enjoy your TV

Question : From TV to my eye length is 12ft. Should i go for 75" instead of 65" ?

There is no right or wrong, I guess it depends on your preference and budget. Definitely not smaller than 65in
