Need recommendation for TV

Requirements:
- 65" and above
- Support Atmos, already bought the Q90R soundbar
- General usage: 70% drama, movie 30% gaming on console
- Smart TV <- actually not really a requirement considering all new TV is smart
- Homekit <- good to have, but optional for now, since it's still relatively new for TV and mostly only supported in flagship model
- LED will do, QLED or OLED is way more than i'm willing to pay for right now
- Budget currently looking at 4-6k+, can stretch but must be justifiable and anything more than 10k is just too much for a TV
- Looking for most value for money option where possible <- hard earn money so will hati sakit when spending
- viewing angle should not be an issue, will be seated at least 2m away

Looks like Hisense has updated their line up for this year. Too bad they are offering only 1 ULED model (U800QF) and in only 65' size.
Anyone have idea how will it be in terms of performance. Will it be comparable to the samsung Q80T?

samsung hands down is the best tv so far.. from color and screen quality itself.
with 4k extrapolation it does help with quality comparred to other tv's processing..

Hi guys, setting up living room. Would like recommendation on a 65" 4K UHD TV, budget about 5.5k tops, but of cause if can get cheaper i'd be happier.
I cant make up my mind about those good and lasting brands.

My choices would be :

Sony>Samsung>others

but then recently i've read many reviews about the upcoming China brand TCL which offers high quality TV for cheap price. Anybody has any experience with TCL or the other brands mentioned?

Aside, do ya'll have soundbars at home? worth getting a soundbar ?

Usually how long does it take to wait for this? looks cool. I have limited knowledge on TV brands and what not, but house will be done by Nov this year, hopefully released by then

Anyone seen the hisense u800qf in any show room? Hisense retail price in lazada is rm6999 for 65 inch. Slightly pricey since the US equivalent H9G retails for less than $1000, but still cheaper than any other 65 inch FALD tv available for sale in Malaysia.

Hi. Need sifu2 opinion. Choosing between 65inch x800h and x900h.

My TV is beside my balcony. Lots of light.
Night time we watch with lights dimmed.

But primarily in bright/not dark environment.

Will I be missing out on the full array local dimming of x900h? Or should I save the cash and spring for the x800h.

I need an android TV and apple airplay is a plus for me. Thts y I'm looking at Sony.

Yup I also used sony tv for livingroom and bedroom. Best experience so far, now thinking to upgrade bedroom tv cause no hdr 4k. No show unit for X900h yet.

The current midrange budget king is either Hisense U800QF and Sony X90H.

X90H promises will have hdmi 2.1 support in the near future with firmware update. But we don't know if its full all ports will be 2.1 complatible or only 1 port.

U800QF is basically H9G without android support. Not sure if it will have firmware in the future to have hdmi 2.1.
