Which view site you looking at? Not sure if you have chance to see the city view and if it's noisy (highway)?

If facing highway, sure noisy.

Actually still okay. Not too bad after you "test" at foresta. It's not that near to the highway unlike some a lot of other projects. People getting units facing highway should try checking out foresta for noise level

u only can view the city view which is facing BSD for the site unit. tbh im quite amazed by the soundproof thingy ( dont know what is it call ) they install at the windows and the balcony sliding door. I am actually quite worried by the noise also but trust me, if everythings are close u barely can hear anything from the highway.

P/S: OF COURSE, u have to keep the windows and door close only u wont hear any noises. if u don't believe u may arrange an appointment with your SA for viewing. Cheers!

Quick update:

I was at the site last weekend and it all seems good. Actually the Balcony for the units are quite big (a round table with at least 2 chairs). Not around the table but yeah all facing BSD.

Anyways, as the balcony quite wide and long, I doubt that there will be any sound issues - not that I notice any when I was there too. The show unit was the one facing Foresta by the way. Views are quite impressive and should be better as we go higher.

Saw the part facing Bukit Lanjan too and there are working on the waterfall, the facilities at the hill etc. Hence, not quite done.

Not going to comment on the work wise because it was a show unit.

Note: the walkways are spacious/wide since there are limited units per floor and there will be no gates for all units.

Another side note:

You can check with the agents and get around 30 minutes of time at the units. Type B and C1 only for now.

What about the brand of the sanitary ware in the show unit? Is it some branded one or cheapo brand like sericite?

I actually can't remember unfortunately. I only remember the hood / hob and aircond for now.. maybe need help from the others to check again

And btw, is the hood/hob provided for this project? I thought it is only aircond.

Its air con, Kitchen cabinets + hood/hob + 1 water heater in the Master room. as per the SPA i believe - 4 aircon for most units (only type C gets 5).

From the unit - i saw panasonic air con / teka hood hob and I didn't check if there's water heater or not.

Wow, not bad at all the brand. Looks good. Hopefully the build quality will be good, and they eliminate the mistakes they did with Foresta.

Apparently toilets will be like johnson suisse/premtex. Master bedroom heater - built in type (sigma).

Well if they don't do well with this..

Sounds really promising. At least they try to keep the standard of those items.
