If I remember correctly, only Type C and the Duplex. Don't think Type B also has them. But city view is unobstructed so still nice on way or another. My current place... night view is forest so basically pitch black.  Seresta should be well lit with the things going on though.

Ativo is pricey (comes with almost everything though) but with looking at the designs and the latest review by Sean Tan - Looks very good indeed. Hopefully, Seresta would be the same too.

If I'm not mistaken, Ativo is around priced around RM1000 per square feet. If you bought Ativo, you might need to suffer for 2-5 years (probably) while they construct their alternative main road and also their other phases.

Azelia Residence are a victim while exiting the residence and now Ativo joined in as entrance vitcim at the Ativo Plaza there. 
TA Global should think of this issue first before starting another phase. haha

Hi everyone. Just signed my SPA recently and happen to found this lowyat discussion. So this project was meant to complete during Q2 2022? Now claiming to be complete on Q4 2022. Is there any chance it will be postponed again? Went to onsite visit last week and don't feel like they can make it by Q4 this year. Hope i'm overthinking. too many abandoned projects recently.

Actually yes. But Covid happened. This project still got workers etc. A lot of ongoing projects that got affected by Covid also postponed their VP dates. My friends' projects are other places also affected by 3 - 6 months.

A lot of the units has their A/C + cabinets built-in already apparently. Most likely its the facilities that needs to be settled now.

Can say that it got progress but slow. My SPA also stuck at developer site for 1 month+ liao. Called up the lawyer last week and they are actually in the midst of renewing their license.

Gonna give them another call at September again.

Also, I was at Foresta so from that angle and the slope you can actually see your air-con for Block A. Also... loan was disbursed few months ago for the interior.

Anyone know the why the take up rate of type B 07 is faster than Type B 01?

If I remember correctly, the type B-01 at tower A faces Foresta, while the type B-07 at tower A faces Park City.
I myself am more interested in type C, but if I were to go for type B, wouldn’t want to be facing Foresta.
