There are no such plans according to the plans.

The new access road to DP should be the one from the north south expressway.

Just visited Foresta, caught inside lift for 1 minute. Location quite good, but general facilities area not maintained so good.

So far anyone got concern about the condo build at the hillside?

Duplex, D1 & D2 and Type C2 are fully booked while Type A are left with few units. Generally Type B are still available

Apparently, we will get to view the developer's unit in the block (not sure A/B) very soon. They will open a show unit for people to view soon! Not the facilities yet though.

The price of Seresta baffles me. So many units for sale at Foresta nearby but no takers. All about 600-750K (460-480psf) yet subsales are poor.

But Seresta pricing at about 620-630psf. That's an increase of about 30% on the already inflated price of Foresta.

Future capital appreciation will be stagnant for many years.

Because foresta is well known for bad workmanship.

And for those who bought seresta, i believe capital appreciation is the last thing on their mind.

Hey guys, I just paid a visit to the site at 11th floor. It seems really high and I can have a clear view of BSD from up here. I really can't imagine someone who's staying level 30 and above as I am quite afraid of height. My SA gave me a rebate of 18k but as I see from the older post here u can get up to 30k rebate. Prices seems different because of the timeline or different appetite from SA? any SA here can pm me with the prices too so I may do some comparison. Im interested with TYPE A & B. Thank you!

I believe that the rebates changed due to the HOC. Some purchasers got certain rebates pre-HOC but some got lower rebates after HOC was inserted for their units. Which floors are you looking at?

I'm currently looking at lower floors like 9 - 14th floors. I was at the site which can access to certain floor only at the moment, so I was at 11th floor just now. Consider quite high for me already.

Ah okay. I will assume that you are not used to staying very high up then. I went to a friend's place at another project... 42 floors up.

yeah found one. Maybe because seresta is at the peak of BSD I reckon and the site's lift makes me feel even scarier even at 11th floor.
