The price of Seresta baffles me. So many units for sale at Foresta nearby but no takers. All about 600-750K (460-480psf) yet subsales are poor.
But Seresta pricing at about 620-630psf. That's an increase of about 30% on the already inflated price of Foresta. Future capital appreciation will be stagnant for many years. |
