Today i manage to capture few tower, how much occupancy for the each tower, 

I no need to tell you which tower it is, because everyone here are investor and well known about cbj.

lkw already cancel the contract, follow by kru academy, ermm, later who will stay there and continue the GRR, few unit already come out from auction house. 

Using auction sales:

Mirage By The Lake 10xx sqft - sold at 420k
Mutiara Ville 10xxsqft - sold at 300k
Studio unit - sold at 200-220k (expecting Vega Residensi will fall below 200k coz is a leasehold property)

why so happy?

MOTL auction units seem to settle around 400psf mark. wont go down anymore.

Good news, means no bottom yet.
