In conclusion, if it is not inconceivable for people staying in Puchong, Subang, Shah Alam, Kota Damansara, etc. to work in KL, why make an issue with Cyberjaya?

you are right, only if the majority think average 25km one way and toll fees is consider worthwhile the traveling effort.

but my point made was that job/business GROWTH nearby is the driving factor for good property investment ROI. No growth no ROI, just like stocks.

As if Mex only connecting CBJ not equine park, serdang, Aman putra, putra Jaya, etc.

Thank you for your reply and show another classic example of hater mindset.

When talk about negative points, it just happen in Cj.

When talk about positive points, all the live learn work play factor not worth to mention.

Don't forget Chinese school is coming, this can be the key factor to attract families. Cbj is definitely not stagnant. It is very normal that some people don't like certain place, I wonder those hate cbj really stay there or just own perception?

I checked with people who stay in cbj, I went to see the place myself and do my own research before I made decision. So far never heard of anybody staying in cbj tell me don't move to cbj...

For example, You can tell people don't move to china because you saw news that the food there is not safe, but did you really stay in china before? Perception vs reality.

Except you are from Industrial Factory job..
IT, finance, accounting , banking and telco HQ jobs are focus on KLCC, KL sentral, Damansara Heights, Cyberjaya, Mid Valley, Bukit Jalil TPM, Bandar Utama, Damansara Perdana, Kota Damansara


No regret choosing Puchong-Cyberjaya-Klang-PJ stretch.....
It covers almost ALL areas regardless of where you work..

I have to admit I used to be a hard core cyber fensi, everyday talk good about CJ, all the good factors...bcos many ppl don't understand and yet keep questioning me...

Today I'm steady and chill smile.gif not only because I have a stronger mind but more and more frens visit me and they interested to CJ, be it own stay or investment. Cj is definitely on right track, population increasing, so many initiative from govt and private in pipeline...so just chill la.

You are right, must do ur own research, visit the place by urself ... forum Is just for ppl to tcss including myself smile.gif

Ya, u need to have strong mindset of your own .esp in Cyberjaya....else a person with weak mindset would probably seeing many ghosts in Cyberjaya laugh.gif coz it is painted as a ghost town ..

seriously is a good deal in today market. the proper studio unit at least is more sought after compare to those crap 3 bedders 450sqft, 4 bedders 700sqft unit.

Classic symptom of insecurity. That's why need to promote CBJ aggressively and so defensive on cbj, branding anyone who view differently as hater.
