the polarizing opinion effect stems from 'omg i'm stuck but what goes down must come up ' camp vs 'i've got a better deal elsewhere' camp and some popcorn eaters.

no really la...different investors may have dofferent investment horizon too....short term, long term etc....u never know only when time comes.....5yrs, 10yrs, 20yrs....yet to know who is the winner...fun part of prop inv

property price rise at about inflation rate in the long term.

Unlike other investment, most property investment are highly geared. During a 30 years loan tenure, one could typically encounter 3 economic recession. Those over stretched are at high risks to be defaulted.

Those never experienced economic recession has no idea what it is like.

I love gardening n driving to Sg Buloh from CJ takes less than 40mins

No traffic jam n if i still stay in PJ which my parents rented out, perhaps will b stuck in the massive jam.

Again staying in whichever location depends on your lifestyles n whether u can work away from the office. With moden technology & AI, some can b mobile in their work. It again depends on u setting work systems that facilitates you.

I had personally come across a piece of junk commercial land that was up for auction for many donkey years without any taker.

Eventually one co bought the land ( of course that decision to buy that land ..in the market sounded stupid at that time ), but now the land worth 60M or more. from 2M

Any sifu know what is the ongoing construction between the Arc block c&d and Persiaran Sepang? I saw the foundations are already laid down few days ago

I think not. Hospital Cyberjaya will be built in another lot near the junction of persiaran Sepang and persiaran multimedia.

There's a huge lot in the center of the Arc, Mutiara ville, lakepoint and Persiaran Sepang which I couldn't find any info about it online.

Yes this forum has some healthy arguments whether people like or hate CJ

This happens to other properties forum too

but serious investor or purchaser must know how to filter noises n nonsense from facts

in society, there are people who makes a good career from a good mix of education n experienes. Learning does not end when you graduated, it is a learning curve.

I find this forum interesting because i m also studying on others' peculiar behaviour, thoughts etc

Don't be fooled by this project - Symphony Park.
It's an abandoned project and the commencing date to begin construction is always tomorrow.

Yes, agreed. Besides the uncertain construction period, the material quality and workmanship of this project are inferior as well.

There are few videos on YouTube show the internal of the building, anyone interested can search on YouTube.

IMO this project location is quite good, very close to Chinese school & Hospital, but unfortunately, the developer seems like not reliable.

The state of construction on site that u see is result of 3-4years construction. It will take another few years to complete at this pace. Lol.

i know cyber prospect is not as good for the past 5 years especially since gov abandon the concept of silicon valley but now we are talking abt future prospect right.... not sure why some people so butthurt over cyber
