Haha..im cyber investor too..now current lelong market is 200k for studio..assume add 30k for subsale..so its 230k..dont know it will go for another low..but brace it..u never know how low is low..how high is high..

Mirage By The Lake 10xx sqft - sold at 420k
Mutiara Ville 10xxsqft - sold at 300k
Studio unit - sold at 200-220k (expecting Vega Residensi will fall below 200k coz is a leasehold property)

Mirage lake units... got so many problems inside.... Water.... leaking....

Some even with cheap price, really need to dig out some info.


Then Garden Plaza got very strong MC. This is the key. The owners group putting up very well there.

lelong price sale is quite volatile..can be indicator to market price..maybe some unit can get low price due to many reason..but one thing to remember lelong buyer never bid same as market price..so lelong price is usually under market price..thats the way to think of market price imho..
