GP, >70% are LKW students. These students are there to study and they want to be on time. GP offer the best location, cheapest and with facilities there.

The ARC had many many problems.

I dont have regrets in CBJ as yet. So i guess u dont have property here.

If u really a business men, u will know that even within cyberjaya workforce and families , a decent eateries can survive and infact making good money.

In fact, compared with other places, FnB here is really nice to have.
