What do you think about future Cyberjaya, Realistic or Ghost Town

This is story of my investment in cyberjaya..i first bought Domain 1 in 2010. Project already VP and still have developer unit..Unit is 760sqft for about 220k nett..i manage to rent out for rm1500 whole unit..1 year after tenancy finish i sold for 270k. Reason sell becoz i think too much project soon VP and im too afraid to compete with them..Personally i like cyberjaya very much as its very close to Putrajaya and a lot of amenities..the area have some class similar to Putrajaya..but i think greedy developer is ruined the market with their endless supply..Look at Putrajaya, the market is very stable due to very strict development..
But now i think its time for me to reinvest in cyberjaya..Im already made comparison between other place like bangi, kota warisan, nilai and i think cyberjaya have most potential among all..So i decide to invest in edusphere for studio unit about 250k nett..i know many call them shoebox..i dont mind coz that is the price i manage to invest and i hope it will be a success..
