try having 4 riders canceling back to back..happened to me on tuesday morning...
i accept then rider cancel, i accept the next ping then rider cancel... 4 times happen..

Have you guys noticed most of the cancelled bookings were JustGrab instead of GrabCar?

Today supposed to be great all along. Rider request to divert elsewhere. No problem. It is still about the same distance. However, when I am reaching towards the place I did not message the b2b rider that I am only 2 mins away. It got cancelled when I was right there. Only needing to uturn and then dropoff. Then I got another ping from the same place. However, before I can complete the dropoff it got cancelled.

Of course, how would they know? Since it got diverted, I was moving the opposing direction but the app would calculate the time needed to reach the actual dropoff point and then to the pickup location. That would make it roughly 10 mins away!

So frustrated. Cause it was at the 1pm block. I got two cancellation and by the time I completed the dropoff process, I got a stupid GS request.   

What's worse is within a GS, I accepted it, reroute then they cancelled it. Idiots. Then there is the super heavy traffic detour to pickup the 2nd GS rider. Totally kills my mood. If I had communicate better, I could avoid getting the cheapo GS rider that wants to enter KL at the busiest time. And who knows, I might avoid KL as well.

u score 90+, u might be in pro/abamsado. if they put u in either abamsado or pro u are not eligible for that 30% cashback (this promo for flexi) but if they put u under flexi, u can dispute. just email them.

Unfortunately since Grab implements JustGrab last month , I found out most of my PAX cancelled booking came from JustGrab.

Nowadays want to swipe to offline button after press pick up button also no chance, straight away pop up next b2b booking within zero second.

They put me in grab pro programme. If i knew earlier, i might igore rm3 rides and reduce my AR below 85%. It seems that hardworker like me get lower pay compare to flexi driver. Rm200, its a huge amount bro..

I learnt a lesson here. Next time i will play around with the AR to  to gain more from thr weekly program.

Today I received a request of rm3 during 3pm+. After I accept the request, the rider message me, ask me got cable for jump start in car or not.. F.. I was like want cancel the request or not...

End up I still go to the place, when I reached there, starting to rain... After we able to jump start the car, my shirt all wet... Then the rider give me rm10.. I talk to the rider, I dunno actually Grab car app can call help for jump start.. The rider just laugh..

Hmmmmm I feel like am I too baik hati? Or too Sxhai.. I just dun want have percentage of cancellation.. Sad..

Haha dang. Today i got same hot leng loi passanger not once but twice. 1 chinese OG 1 korean hot mama.

So if kira incentive, will grab consider 1 pax or 2 pax. 1 passenger trip is inside the hour block. Another is in 3pm block and 4pm block.

Incentives are based on "passengers". If you pick up the same passenger 100x in a week, only the first ride is counted toward incentives. The other 99 trips all burned...

I see. I see. That is ok then. Same passanger today both is worth while because no face problem.😄😄😄😆😆😆

Guys, I started Grab on this Tuesday & yet till today I didn't receive any email regarding the incentive payout or etc. No email = not entitle for incentive or I didnt hit any incentive?
