I didnt received the 30%, i did 108jobs on the period given with RM1.1K drive, in return, i just received 10% cashback only.
When I email to grab support, they say have no access to that and ask me to walk in to their office in PJ. that was hell.
AM I being cheated?

Yes..i'am flexi driver and I have met the requirement in term of rating and acceptance rate. in fact the 108 jobs is in between 29aug 6am till 4th 9am. Across the week, my total job was 148 jobs. Yet, only 10% cash back was given. So sad that i spent my 4 public holidays to gain this 30% but eventually doesnt received the cashback as promised. Anyone experiences such a situation before?

Noted and thanks for the advise. Walk in to their HQ in PJ is just adding more burden to me. I need to pay toll and fuel to get there, which may cost me around RM30. I have replied Grab support email and ask them to open CASE ID and forward to respective team for investigation. hope they can assist to resolve.

rclxub.gif what is the AR if wanted to be flexi? No wonder the statement say Grab Pro program. I lost almost RM200 for this AR Confusion.

They put me in grab pro programme. If i knew earlier, i might igore rm3 rides and reduce my AR below 85%. It seems that hardworker like me get lower pay compare to flexi driver. Rm200, its a huge amount bro..

I learnt a lesson here. Next time i will play around with the AR to to gain more from thr weekly program.

I receive grabpay rm20 with 100% promo entitlement assignment last friday nighr. But, the amount was not credited into my cash wallet. Yesterday i emailed to grab support and this morning, they reply that due to technical issue, they will pay on Tuesday. So, be careful, ensure every promo ans grabpay being credited into your wallet.

Yesterday I took One Mapren from Cyberjaya Cresent 1 to Kepong Aman Puri. The blady bastards ask me to drop at two different location in Kepong area. Each drop, i have to wait for more than 10minutes for him to delivery african stuffs. after the third stop, he gave me only rm6.50 as extra tips for the services i gave to him. Damn, he slept in my car and use my powerbank charger. I'm very furious and report to GC yesterday night. Till now, no reply from GC. IF you all see Mapren carrying boxes, becareful, before click pickup button ask him if he going to single location or multiple location. I lost 30 minutes, fuel and revenue because of this hell guy.

Anyone can guide how to check live AR for HG? Two times i lost my incentivr amounting rm160 due to daily AR not meet target. Complaint 4 times to grab that my app does not shown any figure for AR, but Grabcar makes themself deaf.

How come cyberjaya was excluded from rm65 standard price to KLIA? I ignored the job although airport is near, but still not worth it to wait 3 hours for next pickup at kliaAttached Image
