i counted i should get RM14

but i get just RM9.16

anyone know how the topup calculated?

i took rm9.16 /4 x 5

= RM11.45 ?? why got 45sen?

for B2B, it's up to you to accept/reject the job. if you accept, just continue with your current passenger drop-off.
on the 2nd customer screen, it will state there "Driver is dropping off another passenger" screen. Your current location (indicated by car symbol) and where are you dropping off your current passenger will also be shown (indicated by black dot).

if 2nd customer dont want to wait for you, he/she/it can cancel your job request. No CR affected for you, since customer request the cancellation. But too many of the same situation happened to you and it will raise flags on Grab side. thus, what I normally do is...
Pickup first rider > set Offline > go drop first rider > go Online again whenever you're ready to pickup next rider. If you also wondering, will this affect my available hours/incentives since I set Offline... Honest answer is, I don't know.

it is gross amount. you need to deduct 20/25% from that amount.

it is not only minimum fare top up. but also pickup top up added together. read the weekly incentive email.

Newbie here, just started 2 days ago. I drive from 10am to 6pm, my last 2 days fare is average rm150.

Just wander if today my fare show in screen is rm150, is the amount deducted grab Commission? And how to check/see am I entitle.for the hourly incentive?

do receive a email on driver rules , got one say that do mention to passenger about toll road before drive , do you guys mention it? because i have few occur was that they indicate the non-toll road and it was longer trip and time than calculated based on fare ( underpaid lols )

if uber it was deducted comission , you can see the detail by clicking on the transaction.

Hi. Rm150 - 25percent, I get like rm112 for 8hrs drive. Gosh.. Not deduct expenses yet.

Nope. Still running. I always do that whenever i help passanger take up/take down their big baggages. As long as you on back before pressing the DROPOFF button should be fine. Hahahaha.
