nope. u wrong. that's a misconception. if you report to police, investigation will be carried out and thus determine who's at fault. since the motor vrooom on your left, and malaysia is right hand drive, the motor is clearly at fault.

what you misunderstood is the claim insurance will be on yours to repair damages on your car, except if the motor insurance can cover the cost. the motor if at faulrt cannot claim your insurance.

you just lost your hard earned money for nothing there.

to be careful, install front and rear dashcam. the recording will be your best ally. also learn about accidents and insurances as well.

I was comfortably doing ikan bilis incentives around pv area when i accidentally took a grabshare by mistake from Setapak sentral to unikl jalan Gurney so i thought maybe it'll be alright since near keramat so can lari nearby there for small fares and since grabshare you can't turn off the availability the second i pressed drop off one after another job cane in kena machine gun right infront of the lobby didn't even move yet just ignore about 3 or 4 jobs so i panic already can't check my ar in time so i accept all the incoming pings after that and every single one pickup time almost 1 hour just mad

Yesterday night 9pm++ around Chowkit area accident with motor , i want turn left he vroommm from left side hit my front tyre or bumper , not sure because no obvious damage ...

Once hit i immediately stop , double signal and get down to check him , a young malay guy , ask him want go hospital or not and help him push the motor and i go inside car drive to tepi first ...

His motor looks new , yamaha LC135 , not much damage , just the side scratch and maybe clutch there spoil abit and maybe alignment lari sikit , himself got luka luka at elbow and legs ~

Talk talk nego nego thinking about go balai geh but end up settle tepi gave him my daily earning for that day , RM200 fly liao ~~

First time driving today. On first trip, halfway from Jaya Shopping Mall to Taman Megah, I kept getting pinged to places around Sunway areas.

Grab should have a feature for newbie drivers. Don't kacau them on the first few drives. Ended up 2 hours, 4 trips and rm28 in fares... Sigh.

Part time cleaners get rm20 in 1 hour.
