I have an problem that cant get to drop off customer , keep say got error , then I think need wait at least 5min before can proceed to payment page ,, then goes update and test , same , anyone have same problem? How to solve

I am new , and blur blur don't know how much I should get zzz , but the main screen got show price and promo code . Just need to wait wait wait then proceed and wait for next customer

From 10pm -2am, I got picked up riders from Sri Petaling LRT, IMU, Awan Besar LRT and Bukit Jalil LRT (they opened Jln Merah Cegar after 12am). I passed by the GRab pickup point multiple times, no ping. Seems customers ignorant or don't want to walk to the PU point. Too many drivers also, waited at the Restoran Al Barakath place they told us to wait, got ten other cars waiting.....

Seems safer to assume no $20 bonus for pickups anywhere other then the official PU point, although I hope Grab can relax this condition, after all I kept getting notifications of "fares higher 2.5x in Bukit JAlil! Get $20 bonus for pickups there!".

My surge is 2.0 for my trip and not 2.5. I didn't receive any ping in the restaurant area till I drove closer to the pick up area, i.e. Jln barat.

No really worth if purposely drive there to wait for riders w/o rm20 top up. Ideally should reach there around 11.30 pm - 12 am......10pm is just too early.

My uber app start to surge after 12.xxam.

haha, I got conned/played by grab, after gave up on waiting/camping at Bkt Jalil, sent rider from Awan Besar LRT to Old Klang Road. Did a few jobs in Pantai Dalam, then got tempted to GO BACK to bkt jalil at 1am due to that annoying "2.5x surge message"! Also saw super red in Bkt Jalil.

Reached there,saw a tonne of cars on Jln Barat, picked up one LRT trip....called it a night after that.

Off the app and having coffe now wondering is this will go on all day.. 😥

another thing I dislike on waiting at this restaurant area is that we can't even see the stadium fire work due to surrounding high rise building.

Lastime when sms me new version i will update, the problem is after i update lastest version then next 3 day suspended my account, i go to jb office they say i didn't update my app consider gaming incentive burn
