just now got call from grab..
they mention that me sending the passenger to the wrong address, the weird thing is i always ask passenger is the location is the right one, everytime..
then suspended my account for 3 days, just believe on passenger side without proper investigate..
if really i did send to the wrong address, i will surely bring to the right location immediately.. its like the passenger didnt know the place he/she wanna go and then realize it wrong location after drop by..
its near KL area, its busy area at peak hour.. surely i havent got time to check the address properly, i keep on accepting the job without checking where to take and send the passenger.. most of peak hour its B2B job..
surely i will put not available to job when doing at busy area after this..
just quite disappointing with grab.. maybe no more fulltime if possible after this..
Why u didn't ask them check drop off point shown from grab system is within the place you drop off? If correct then is passenger fault, why u want eat this dead cat
