i from jb driver the jb office guy reply me like that, the problem is after i update my app next 3 day ban my account, the guy say before i use not updated app to received job the reason my account suspended and my incentive cannot take back , i feel really mad and unreasonable and i don't agree signup the form,

ya i call to helpline they say they can't do anything need to deal back the office guy, really unfair i think the grab company gaming to driver

My friend also kenal before holiday high incentive his account kenal ban- the reason insurance expired, but my friend already renew in office, call help center they say will reactivate but until today still suspend

Hi , just to confirm do we need to add toll fare to KLIA trip?

it was rm65(fix) + bonus(depend on time ) + TOLL or not?

And i have a problem to the apps at drop off to calculate total fare and it hang there keep getting error for min 5min before can proceed, any idea?

Surprisingly fare back to normal today, no more crazy surge like in Monday to Wednesday.

Eg: 9am block is Peak, 10am block is High Peak. If I pickup on the 9am block and drop off on 10am block, which incentive will I get?

Also, the new grab app update for driver now resulted in driver not being able to "Unavailable" once picked up first Grabshare rider.

So, it's either you accept or ignore GS. If you accept, be prepared to almost get matching ride.

just now got call from grab..
they mention that me sending the passenger to the wrong address, the weird thing is i always ask passenger is the location is the right one, everytime..
then suspended my account for 3 days, just believe on passenger side without proper investigate..

if really i did send to the wrong address, i will surely bring to the right location immediately.. its like the passenger didnt know the place he/she wanna go and then realize it wrong location after drop by..
its near KL area, its busy area at peak hour.. surely i havent got time to check the address properly, i keep on accepting the job without checking where to take and send the passenger.. most of peak hour its B2B job..
surely i will put not available to job when doing at busy area after this..

just quite disappointing with grab.. maybe no more fulltime if possible after this..

Speaking from payroll point of view, of cos money cant go out cos cannot value date and banks all close la bro. How to make payment of course delayed.

This grab thing also same. Dont blame grab

Why u didn't ask them check drop off point shown from grab system is within the place you drop off? If correct then is passenger fault, why u want eat this dead cat

now grab can use any reason to suspended your account, like my example use not lastest version app is gaming action and ban my account my 1 week incentive burn
