Now I realized that I'm being charged 25% commission after every trip. Even a RM100 total worth of trips doesn't feel like worth it after spending on petrol.

i was planning change to flexi driver, but is it worth it for part timer like me? I only drive after work on weekdays, 6pm - 9pm and weekend 6 hours 11am - 5pm. Now i sapu all ping, dont have any strategy. Im also avoiding driving late at night coz its abit dangerous for women driver. if i go for flexi, i might be go long trip and thats must be take longer hours. anyway, im newbie, only 3 month drive.

The normal incentive schedule is covered until 8pm, this week is different because of school holiday and extended to 9pm on normal weekday.

Saturday only 12pm - 10pm worth, Sunday is just only 12-2pm worth it. Other than that P block is not worth it or u sapu everything to recover AR.

Assuming u driving after works, what is your office area demand? mainly short trip or long trip? from there u will know what strategy suit u more. Weekend normally just sapu everything if play incentive, nowadays with the high fare i also sapu trip RM15-RM20 depending on location heading to.

If you up grab PRO, then short distance is your best friend.

depends. but for me , jus stick to incentives or sometimes mix it.
just make sure everyweek u can get incentives.
sometimes all big fare is coming, but why not if that place sure can get another job in return right?

yea, i start drive right after office hour, sharp at 6pm i will start drive. in my area (bandar kinrara) its mix short and long distance. for long distance normally trip to kl city or PJ area. now this its hard to get trip rm3-rm6, most of it rm9 above. its seem good but its also spoil my incentive, this week incentive much lower then before. so yea..that is why im thinking about flexi program. thanks for your feedback really appreciate it.


now i know short distance is grab PRO best friend.
maybe i should give a try first, see how grab flexi works.

newbie here (less than 1 mth GC driver). Like to ask about incentive for grab pro programme.

am I correct that if I maintain AR 88% above this week, I will be entitle for grab pro programme next week?
and during next week drive, in between the trips my AR drop below 88% (due to b2b where i still far from drop off then did not accept), and within the same day I recover back to above 88%. Will I be forfeited for grab pro programme?

you just have to make sure ur AR hits 88% by Sunday 11.59pm. doesn't matter if it goes up and down in between...

every Monday they will reset.
