Hi Everyone, I am very new to Luno, I bought some BTC and now want to sell to MYR but I am unable to do so. Fumbled through all the help sections to no avail, also contacted their CS but no reply.

My ticket number #1056238.

I tried instant sell, the error message shows: ‘MYR transfers are currently disabled’

I tried selling it on the exchange (maker & taker), an error message shows: ‘this currency pair is not enabled for you’

By the way, I am Tier 2 verified, don’t know if it matters.

Now I’m stuck with BTC, please help.

On the Luno trade order book volume, I noticed that the color representation is opposite the usual one (red color means buy, green means sell in Luno)?

Hi Mr Luno, i have deposited some money from my bank saving account at 10pm just now.

Normally how long does it take to reflect into my Luno Wallet?

EDIT: Just to clarify, when I said 11:30 PM, I meant the same day. E.g. if you deposited yesterday at around 10 PM, as long as it was before < 11 PM, you'll get it in the next hour + or so.

Deposits typically take within 24 business hours. If you deposit before 11 PM, you should have the amount reflected in your Luno MYR wallet around 11:30 PM.

I'm having problem with Luno app on my iphone 6s. It freezes on launch everytime. I've updated my ios as well as the app but problem persist. any leads ?
