exactly. i agree with you. i've never said mrluno is wrong in his replies. just disagree with the dude who said there is 'no fees AT ALL'.

*back to my analogy, if you only order plain water, then i also will say my restaurant giving out free food.
*
Well you can do any analogy you want,
Just sharing my input. And my opinion. Based on the case you have, Luno will likely win it, anywhere. The best you can do is damage their reputation in this forum. Which not sure how big is that because I dont see how they in the wrong here also.

yup, i'm sharing my view that the statement 'no fees AT ALL' at luno is wrong. yes, Luno will definitely win I have no doubt. Nobody damaging their reputation rather seeking a solution. but i have to try, since we are in Malaysia Baru. not gonna stuck with the old mentality that you alone can't do anything.

just sharing my view.

to be fair alexanderclz i am not seeing any solution being proposed short of "give me what i want / deserve". perhaps that is happening in PMs or other mediums so I apologise if i am wrong.

would it make sense to get Luno to refund your RM1 (from shopee) and RM15 (from that initial top up) and delete your account, resetting everything to 0 (at no loss to you) and both parties goes their separate ways?

Disclaimer: I am not a Luno user / customer - lurking just to learn abt crypto in Malaysia

still seeking as there is no reply at all. how to propose anything?

yes your proposal sounds not too bad, definitely not about RM1, rather principles.

Great.

mrluno do consider the above an amiable solution and perhaps take this offline / pms to completion. Mods do not encourage hostility here and it is best not to risk this thread with lots of good information.

I recommend some reading on how to trade crypytocurrency.Understand taker and maker when trading.
I have been trading several times ,all for free.NO fees at all .In Luno mind you.

Sorry,my wording is not exactly correct. What should I said was "When I am selling or buying Btc I just QUE in
(not direct). In other words I am a market maker not a taker.

Luno is just for small fish.... all trades are pretty small and queuing to sell at 1st place took days....because no one is going to be taker which needs to pay 1% which is costly...

May be mrluno to clarify why Indonesia Luno has only 0.25% taker fee compared to Malaysia which is 1%

Hi jack2, the Luno team continuously reviews its pricing strategy for each market. We note your concern on the fees. Look out for some pricing adjustment announcements soon!

Thanks,
mrluno

Hey Zenquix and Alex,

Yup, we're considering your points above and will take this offline to resolve the issue. Thanks for the heads up. Agreed -- we don't want any hostility here either.

yeah the fee in total for luno is farking high. 2% to buy and to sell eg. ETH is at USD 165/ RM 672 (currently) and they buy at RM 643. That's 4.51%. So total up it's about 6.51%.

there is no hostility, just some discussion. do note there is a difference between taking the discussion offline and total forget about it. still waiting for some solution.
