Hi Everyone, I am very new to Luno, I bought some BTC and now want to sell to MYR but I am unable to do so. Fumbled through all the help sections to no avail, also contacted their CS but no reply.

My ticket number #1056238.

I tried instant sell, the error message shows: ‘MYR transfers are currently disabled’

I tried selling it on the exchange (maker & taker), an error message shows: ‘this currency pair is not enabled for you’

By the way, I am Tier 2 verified, don’t know if it matters.

Now I’m stuck with BTC, please help.

Updated: Apparently I can’t buy too, same error as above.
