Because that is btc/myr pair.
There are not way in for depositing RM yet.
So the amount of RM available is very scarce in that platform. People can manipulate the price easily.
So demand and supply rule.
Pretty sure once fiat deposit/withdrawal is enable, you wont see that price anymore.

It is a closed environment exchanges for now.The fiat pair always like that since they close fiat deposit.
You cant buy it if you doesn’t have any fiat in the apps.. and the deposit aint working yet. So.. no actual real volume happen..

You can trade crypto in luno. Nobody said you cant..
you can’t deposit fiat in Luno msia what people discussing..

Let me just help you...anyone can trade crypto in there, you have eth? Want to sell it or change to btc? Can. Np. Want to buy eth using btc? Can.

But Anyone that want to buy those cheap btc in luno need fresh Fiat.
No fiat no btc... and Luno cant deposit fiat now.

Will not use luno yet, need to give them time to gain momentum and volume. And close that price gap..and yeah deposit still slow, mine happen only after 24h..

Usual complaints i saw is some people doesn’t read description properly and got misunderstood that you actually have to buy minimum amount to get the rm15.

Uhh that is concerning. If you don’t mind, probably can share the screenshot and how the cs treat and replied you.
There is a luno representative here also, he probably can escalate the issue and resolve it

So your problem is

A) you deposit rm15 your own money from bank and buy bitcoin and then claim voucher rm 15. So total rm30 at the end.
Or

B) you try to claim the Rm15 voucher, and try to buy the min amount with the voucher. Total rm15.

Let me understand the problem first. Which one is your situation now?
