Lol what u expect from a company that operations halted for 2 years. They can only perform withdrawal and not deposit anymore. No sane person would still left their money with Luno.
Those order books are internal or bot trading lo.

Just sign in and you can trade buy/sell btc,but the price is around rm10k only not around 40k.
That is why Luno is unpopular now.People got angry with Luno.
I try to join Remitano but I got problem,I cannot transfer Btc from my miner to Remitano direct.
But I can deposit my Btc to luno wallet from my miner. Now I am seeking information, whether I can
send my Btc from Luno to Remitano so that I can sell here.Anyone please help.

What are you doing bro, chill out a little.

Are you desperately in need of money? If the amount of BTC is large, then use your own judgment, but if it's a small amount then check the fees posted by the exchange first. I don't remember how much they charge for withdrawals but I suspect it's a flat fee, which may eat a good part of your withdrawal. If you don't need money now, you can check to see if they have any updates, their exchange should come alive and the prices will become normal, it's just a matter of when.

Also recommend taking 10 minutes to learn how transactions and addresses work, will save you money in the long run lol

Why the big rush to buy? It's going to be around for some time, no? I'm not experienced with exchange trading but at least its better than having to p2p with potential scammers.

I am already trading in BTC in 2017 at verification level 3.

That time BTC was so cheap.  tongue.gif

Nope. I was withdrawing BTC from Luno to purchase mining hardware.  smile.gif

None of my business but I hope you're not still using it as some kind of general wallet, that would be rather expensive and troublesome and bad for your own security and privacy.

Is it ok if I deposit some money to Luno but end up withdrawing it later because I cannot get the price I expected? Do I have to make a minimum purchase or something like that?

It seems that coinhako has resumed the operation but they asked to reset the password and 2FA.

For 2FA, they asked to selfie with a note. I think this is over and waste of time to do so.

Possibly the worst company in terms of fees. Withdraw charge is 0.3 mbtc, trading is 1%. Seriously wondering how they are still alive.

Sorry if this was asked earlier but may I know if our Luno market includes all international makers/takers or is ours just limited to Malaysians only?

Hi Canfloat,

It's the Malaysian market only, meaning customers who are KYC-ed to be residing in Malaysia. We also accept foreigners, PR holders who are residing in Malaysia as customers.

Thanks!

Thank you.

Have you considered doing an OTC desk like Kraken to add to the liquidity or for fatter customers who don't like slippage?

Btw I found your blog recently and enjoy it a lot.

Hi Canfloat,

Thanks for checking out the blog!

We're exploring it. Are you looking to place big orders?

If you're keen, I'd be happy to speak to you personally about it.

Do let me know via PM, if that's the case smile.gif

Thanks!

I just check out the exchange once in a while to see what the trade volume is like, I wouldn't be so bold to commit and say I'm planning big orders

Just that I've had bad experiences in the past with low volume issues. Have you ever had that experience when you've decided to market sell your stack at current prices but suddenly everyone peaces out and the price just drops lower and lower and you realize the slowly lengthening red candle forming on the chart is because of you and you've still got half your stack left... it's a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone

Hi everyone. Not sure if this is the place for this but Luno has RM300k monthly withdrawal limit. Had a chat with their support and they said currently there is no way to increase the limit.

If I used another exchange like Sinergy Malaysia, can I withdraw an additional Rm300k monthly from there? Or will Bank Negara come for my ass lol

if I'm not mistaken the limit is their own company policy only and nothing to do with any laws?
