After MCMC complain yesterday and lots of complain to TM, finally get the 50Mbps free upgrade 😎

I notice that lots of ppl complain of lower than previous speeds after getting the free upgrade...
Now i feel like i dont want the free 100mbps upgrade for my 50mbps plan  |

All TM does is change a numeric value somewhere in their system from 50 to 100. is it possible to downgrade my Unifi 30mbps @ RM179 to Unifi Lite 10 mbps? without charges?
