I just subscribed "UNIFI LITE 10MBPS RUBY - Q2 2017 CAMPAIGN (JUMBO BREAKOUT) (RM129 / MONTH)", is it true that this package only comes with Unifi Internet subscription and no voice call & Hyppe TV STB?

HyppTV (RM30): HyppTV Everywhere (Ruby pack), instead of HyppTV STB.
Voice (from RM0, variable charge): A Telephone number for you to receive calls (free) or make call at 10sen per 30 seconds (calls to TM numbers is not free).

for the hypptv,
so we have to buy another tv box to install unifi apk?

Use PC (hypptv.tm.com.my), smart phones, tablets (HyppTV Everywhere app).
For TV box and Unifi apk, our friends here had long discussion earlier and spare some time to read what they had shared.

Post #250 is correct. If the installer is delaying your installation and didn't show up at the appointed time and date, call 100 and complain.

After installation is complete, u will receive an SMS from TM asking you to rate the installer from 0-10 and u can leave a comment. I had to reply that SMS three times before it got thru. Dunno what is wrong with their system.

u need to access iflix and viu using pc browser first using this link for iflix until it prompt u are tm subcriber

after that sign up using email, then u can login any other device with your registered email.

same for viu. need access using browser first.

Why not? With the exception you cant run anything else when its running.
