not sure about yours, my asus dsl-n12u was factory reset, just need to set password to admin, wireless ssid name and encryption,disable dhcp server and disable upnp thru cable, unplug and reconnect thru wireless N - 2.4 Ghz. thumbsup.gif

1 grey box serve about 8 house if each taken 1 unifi. btw, it's a double storey link house, they pull from the grey box straight to the BTU. free 50 meter, only use up 9 meter indoor,wasted 41 meters, i think the installer untung from the leftover fibre cable. biggrin.gif

how you surf websites if only can receive data and doesn't send data out? very curious. got try changing dns server? or got check whether your firewall on your router and windows blocking port? got test using another router?

btw, the TMrewards point already in, catalogue have to wait for the new updates.

the TMrewards portal shows:-
*landline terminated with streamyx when unifi lite went active. after 24 hours, old number ported over to residential voice. thumbsup.gif
