At the end,no installer called or came. After calling TM CS for almost 20 times, finally someone called back and tell me joke of the year. She claim that my installation is being lifted due to the application is more than 15 days and I need to submit application again. Called the dealer that I register from, he mentioned no such thing. TM screw up this and trying to find fault. Second joke of the year, if the installation was lifted, how come I still receive call a day before the installation to reconfirm the installation date and time? And on the same day of the installation, early morning, I still receive sms of confirmation of the installation with the installer name and number. TM CS cannot answer me that.

Next question, how can they remove the installation while they called me 2 days in the row to do confirmation. Do you mean that the person called to arrange for the installation didn't check?

Funny way for TM doing work. Anyway, I told TM to keep the service to themselves. Wasted my time and energy. I am going back to Digi, even getting the unlimited by paying abit more but at least I get a proper service.

I wonder how to make TM to build the port for my street? I was living on landed double storey house and surrounded with all Unifi availability except mine street and my back street. lol

For those wondering about the ping difference between streamyx, i was using streamyx 8mbps before with interleaving, but after upgrading to unifi lite also with interleaving(adsl not fibre) i see an improvement of 13-15 ms

do u guys being billed for hypptv everywhere lite which u didnt subscribe for? received the first statement for unifi lite... extra rm37.74+gst / mth and this is recurring!!! WTH

What a joke, do understand that Unifi standard bundle with hypptv pack.

For Unifi lite, it's clearly mentioned hypptv pack required but only on everywhere version (not the hypptv stb)

Actually its RM99 for internet + RM30 for hypptv everywhere = RM129

Even if you don't use hypptv everywhere app, you still got charged for it.
But if you use hypptv everywhere app to stream...it takes a chunk off your 10Mbps bandwidth.

For unifi with set-top box, the streaming bandwidth is separated from data bandwidth through the usage of VLAN. TM dedicates 8-10Mbps bandwidth for this purpose.
Example, if one subscribe 30Mbps, he/she can get full 30Mbps downloading other stuff while streaming 8-10Mbps of Hypptv FOX Sport concurrently. The bandwidth is not shared unlike hypptv everywhere app.
