I am doing installation today. Morning appointment. Until now no sound, no call. Call the technician, no answer call. Sigh.... it is normal so slow?

Well, TM never show up today. The so called complaint department called me back after me calling the CS for 6 times, each one hour. TM told me a joke of the year. She say my order was returned, it was not processed. Question is, then where is the sms confirmation of the installation and who called me yesterday to confirm? She can't answer. I told her and I recorded the whole conversation.

At the end,no installer called or came. After calling TM CS for almost 20 times, finally someone called back and tell me joke of the year. She claim that my installation is being lifted due to the application is more than 15 days and I need to submit application again. Called the dealer that I register from, he mentioned no such thing. TM screw up this and trying to find fault. Second joke of the year, if the installation was lifted, how come I still receive call a day before the installation to reconfirm the installation date and time? And on the same day of the installation, early morning, I still receive sms of confirmation of the installation with the installer name and number. TM CS cannot answer me that.

Next question, how can they remove the installation while they called me 2 days in the row to do confirmation. Do you mean that the person called to arrange for the installation didn't check? bangwall.gif

Funny way for TM doing work. Anyway, I told TM to keep the service to themselves. Wasted my time and energy. I am going back to Digi, even getting the unlimited by paying abit more but at least I get a proper service.

Thank you for your offer. I might want to drop this for time being. I have submitted application for Digi unlimited yesterday.
