Well, TM never show up today. The so called complaint department called me back after me calling the CS for 6 times, each one hour. TM told me a joke of the year. She say my order was returned, it was not processed. Question is, then where is the sms confirmation of the installation and who called me yesterday to confirm? She can't answer. I told her and I recorded the whole conversation.

You can inform the CS about complain to MCMC. I'm sure they'll speed up the process later.

Get them give a VALID explanation on the order returned. Don't let answer like technical glitch or system down be their answer. It makes no sense. Most likely someone is doing some work to get commission out of it. Just my 2 cents.

my case same no unifi but can apply for 10mbps unilite, heard they will use vdsl this way streamyx users can opt for this upgrade.Streamyx users is HSBB areas can apply,I have submitted mine awaiting technical testing and confirmation
https://www.ejenunifi.com/unifi-lite-10mbps/

If successfull i will pay rm129 without free calls compared to rm140 now for 8mbps,chances are that 8mbps areas may opt for 10mbps cos now streamyx has bcome more expensive! As mentioned in the article it will be VDSL,Fibre till outside and copper cable into modem

Coming soon. They've planned to install the unifi via FTTH at your place. When? Within this or next year because it appeared on their network list already.

I need help. I have been subscribed unifi lite for 2 months. And yesterday my router's (DIR 850L) AUTH and LINK indicator doesn't light up which make the internet totally not accessible.
Already contacted the customer service and they give option change new router (or other equipment) as it still under warranty and extend the contract period with on-site charge RM53.
So, if anybody have the solution, please help me so that i can save RM53. Thanksss.

They shouldn't charge at the first place. Don't change the router and get them to check the cable instead. Sometimes the fiber connection outside your house may be loose due to unforeseen circumstances.

Happen to me few months back. The fiber from the telephone pole to my fiber junction box is broken.

At first, I suspected the fiber cable outside that caused the issue too. But when i checked outside, the cable is hanging well. I don't know what else to do.

I definitely will get the technician to check the fibre cable first. So, do you got charged at any fee by the technician to replace the cable?

Nope. It's outside of my house, therefore it's not chargeable since the responsibility is not within my area.

Have you try to reset the router and re-configure again? Also try to ensure that your cables are not loose behind the router and the Broadband Termination Unit (BTU) box. Just to be sure.

It's good to hear that. I hope it is the cable that faulty.
I already did hard reset and unplug all cables and plug again behind router and BTU. However, i will check again if there are any loose cable. Thank you for your advises. Really appreciate it smile.gif
