officially my Jumbo - Q2 2017 Campaign was expired, i'm going to change jumbo lite package

no more rm5 charge but after my change from ruby to jumbo lite, my credit limit jump up to rm447 (from rm297)

What a joke, do understand that Unifi standard bundle with hypptv pack.

For Unifi lite, it's clearly mentioned hypptv pack required but only on everywhere version (not the hypptv stb)

unifi lite the most ealier customer on end of april or begin of may 2017, 9 months to go.

i will revise the plan on may 2019 as contract end. mostlikely shift to Maxis since my highrise still using copper.

not me, as i knows my copper infrastructure max only 30mbps.

by may 2019, maxis will be my choice.

a print screen before unifi remove it, as copper unifi turbo only 30mbps, no mention on the price

you are a bit confuse us..

if your highrise only support vdsl2, it's same with Maxis can only give you suing vdsl2
if your highrise max 30mbps, it's with Maxis can only give you 30mbps

understand the consumer right. penalty termination is fix RM500
however there is a HyppTV temination because of 1 year contract

13 Is there any penalty imposed if I terminate my UniFi within the minimum subscription period?

Customer who terminates after 12 months but still before the end of the minimum contract period (24 months) will be charged for broadband termination fee of RM500.

Customer who terminates UniFi before 12 months will be charged a penalty of:
i. Broadband termination fee of RM500 and;
ii. Remaining months of monthly subscription fee of HyppTV pack.

The monthly subscription fee of HyppTV pack is as below:
i. Aneka/Varnam/Ruby/Jumbo Lite/Sports pack: RM30
ii. Jumbo pack: RM60

Customer must also settle any outstanding bill prior to termination. For more information, please refer to your service Terms & Conditions.

this one confirm, but TM point said it's not open. mainly use for termination purpose customer.

i'm first batch of unifi lite 10Mbps (VDSL2 highrise) since 28 April 2017, last week chekc with TM point, TM said able to offer me that RM89 30Mbps unlimited quota with new contract

which TM point? i'm going later for RM89 30Mbps since my contract just end yesterday.

i went menara TM, done request. pending technical approval as this plan is not normal package.
