Can the developer reps answer this question ? otherwise, I will assume the impact to be significantly severe..

Lakefront condo frm 580psf bumi has extra discount. So price is is from 470k to 650k

No show unit yet but can start booking. Already collect cheque too.😊

Anyone booked a unit already? I was told that the unit price is not fixed yet so wondering how you know how much loan to borrow. Also would like to know the booking rate. Thanks

they brought in someone from desa parkcity to manage the guocoland haha...hope it can transform it to be the next dpc like wjat they inspired to do. good news for jiulai ppls...

Don't buy got PMU station... icon_idea.gif

For landed already got thousands people registered... sad.gif

As for discount, it's 2+6% for now.

No chance for us to buy landed ady lah... And expecting the double-storey to starts from 1.4-1.5m during prelaunch. Even so only people who got cable can get one piece of those

You can try luck which register now and wait for launching date , see you can get the unit or not , may you can but number not very nice.

No point. All nice spots already "taken" especially the ones near to the hill. The leftovers are only the one facing near to the guard house, which is very near to PMU plant.

For me is good which is low density and nice view which is design almost like dspc .
