I'm convinced. Wide lats. Very nice! But how come the rest of your bodyparts aren't up to par with your lats? Are you genetically gifted there or what? You focus a lot on pull ups or?

Pull ups and Underhand bb roll first 2 exercises of back WO. Not really working on them as u can see in my routine. Putting it on D3/4. Mayb its my post delt and teres major (OK its still back..). My main concern now is chest and arms! Genetically shit in chest deparment! Arms underdevelopment is understandable as prevoiusly wasnt hitting them directly. Just started working them months ago. Most probably my condition too! My bf is shit high thus hiding my tiny peak! Just started my current routine of 5on1off lately after shifting from KL to PG. Diet hasnt dialled in thou!

To tell you the truth, believe it or not, my lats and biceps are my weakest bodyparts. My strong parts are my chest, shoulders, triceps and quads.

Hey darkie, just saw you lift the dead's on youtube man(wayyy to gooooo!).I'm a member of lake club myself but i only go there to swim.

But killer lats man...plus the dimples just make you look like your body's smiling.

Lol.... I'm trying to get my total big 3 poundages to 1500lbs.
So far it's bench 275, squats 325 and deadlifts 505.

If you're a member of Lake Club, we should meet up. I was there training today.

Pull ups have always been a weakness for me. I weight 92.5 kg, but i can only tie a weight of 20 kgs to my body and pull for 5 reps.

One armed rows i've not done in a long time but the last time i stopped was at 120 lbs per hand, i got bored so i wanted to switch things up a bit. My grip is a bad factor here due to double wrist fractures at 16 while rollerblading, therefore straps are a must.
