i was tellin myself at most 2 minutes rest. But sometimes, when ur squatting u'll end up restin for nearly 3-4 minutes. It's really tiring.
Also I think the reps are done controlled. On wednesday, it'll be done explosively. Especially with the scissor squats.

It's tiring. Lemme repeat meself, tiring. TIRING!

You people leave me no choice!LOL!.

Here's some updated pics of myself working out on a saturday night doing some touch ups(Working out lacking body parts).I've been cutting for 5 weeks already and have 1 final week to go before i start my clean bulking again.I have lost 3 kilo's since my cutting(72 kilo's now).Alot of time was wasted if i had just clean bulked and looked at the mirror instead of looking at the numbers shoot up on the electronic scale.

Feedback with what you think is lacking about my body is fully appreciated

p.s-My arms have officially hit the 16 inch zone!and all the pics are basically the same i'm just playing with the lighting to bring the best out of me abs.

yea..thats where i was bodybuilding for a year...then after that the weights jsut got a wee bit too light and i stepped into the ghetto.It's been 1 year and 4 months since i started building in the ghetto.

pal, u have nice chests. well-developed upper and lower chests.
if u get bigger deltoids, it can significantly increase ur overall width & symmetry.

sadly, i have even smaller shoulders. a guy courteously pointed out to me that my shoulders are imbalanced with my arms.

Yup i started out at home cuz my cousin came from london and tought me the fine basic art.Then the weights got too light and started ghetto.It was a shocker in a ghetto gym cuz there were leg workouts.The first few weeks i dreaded the raping of leg day.lol.

i know waht you mean man....i just wanna go to the gy mone day and go mad with side laterals.Us asians(I'm speaking for myself) have really under developed shoulders as compared to the african americans and europeans.

You know waht will give you the rounded look from the front?.Your very well developed front delts.So I always have front raises as one of the fundamental elements of my shoulder day.

You're from ss2 yea?....do you workout in "Our Gym" opposite mc'ds?

don't forget about rear lateral raise. it can add in 3D effect from side view biggrin.gif .

i was staying in SS2 about one year ago but i didn't notice there is "Our Gym" in ss2. blush.gif

i do workout in Celebrity Fitness in 1U.

omg!...Our gym is right above the pelita nasi kandar where we cod'd man!..it's really cheap there...

Yea rear lats too.You're lifting ***** weights but it helps give the orb'd look on your shoulder definition.

i was thinking.....maybe on the 1st of may (labour day/wesak day), i will be comin to KL ........maybe wanna have a gathering to meet you guys.

Also maybe go to the gym, and check out each other's forms........do a lil critique or something? Do a lil bit of light lifting la...see what you bodybuilders have to share...anybody up for it?

btw, good luck with the cuttin ego. Nice crib too. Lurve ur bike, cycle it once a while....
