It will be done eventually.
I think Jln Kiara 3 had slowly removed the surrounding squaters over the past decade.
With construction of Allevia, Bon & TWY2, the neighbourhood is indeed being upgraded.

But i think the most important upgrade is the Jalan Segambut Upgrade Phase 3, which will connect Jln Kiara 4 to Jln Segambut Dalam. This should alleviate the traffic in Jln Kiara 3 significantly.

Negative, try look into DBKL construction notice board closely Jalan Kiara 4 will take a right turn connecting to Jalan Duta Kiara only

That’s because Phase 3 have not started. Phase 3 can only start once Allevia is completed, and DBKL has the budget to buyout the surrounding squatters area and build flyover and connect Jln Kiara 4 and Jln Segambut Dalam.

Phase 3 is part of Jln Segambut upgrade master plan, more reference as below:

Few things to note on Bon Kiara

- The low cost apartment behind BK is on a higher ground
- the access road to BK is being shared with the low cost apartment and possible future development behind BK
- The rows of landed property that is sandwiched in the middle of BK which makes it look less appealing

Of course the price psf seems attractive but the surrounding and access is quite a put off. What do you all think?

These conditions have been considered in the psf. It’s a lot more peaceful at Miranda Hill at the end of the same road

Too many squatters around BK that needs to be cleared and will be a while

Priced from RM580 psf to max RM6xx psf for a Mont Kiara freehold property, luxurious layout size, en suite rooms, big spacious facilities area for kids to run around, it’s a steal.

Seems from the road upgrade plans shared above, Bon Kiara is actually located in one of the most central part of MK in terms of access to Jalan Duta Kiara, Jalan Kiara 1, 3, 4, 5.

Compared to many other MK condo, Bon Kiara has advantage of wide open unobstructed views of MK skyline because of the low rise below.

The cheapest unit price above 1.2mil… hmm… not friendly for kecik kecik buyer like me…

Bon Kiara target buyer is more family and own stay, of course some tenants will prefer this large 2,000sf+ size also since it is new and close to GIS and MKIS.

It's unlike next door TWY2 which should be smaller units and much more investor friendly but next to highway like TWY.

Looks like each developer has carefully decided their concept based on the land location and features.

yes, bon kiara entrance is directly across from aston and richmond, and these two have jalan kiara 3, mont kiara 50480 kl address.
