Apparently many of them were from earlier 'pre launch' booking, not from 1 day haha.

But seems to have quite decent interest? When I was there on Day 1, there were 5-6 other groups going at the same time in the morning.

Have you heard anything from sales agent regarding the road connectivity? Jln Kiara 3- Jln Segambut Dalam or connection to Jln Duta Kiara?
Just wondering whether they have insider news on when the road upgrade can commence.

That’s what most developers do. Gather interests before hand. Was there on Saturday for one hour and when I was there, 2 units got sapu. Pricing is insane I will say

The road upgrades are still considered hearsay for me as they mentioned it’s part of DBKL’s greater plan.. and timeline, which is unknown. But from their analysis, the road upgrades and connectivity is very much achievable so it’s considered positive and just a matter of time.

After completion and with inflation, prices will be higher. If got unsold units, it will be those facing longkang probably. No free lunch in this world

Given a choice, I think it’s better to suffer for a few years and be surrounded by Bon, rather than having squatters around.

Not sure if this can ever be achieved. Pentamont has squatters on both sides and not sure if it’s big enough to build anything. Developers should not leave small plot of land. Slightly larger piece next to inspirasi but big enough to build anything?

If developer is capable to convert an “U” shape land plot surrounding an existing landed property to be Bon Kiara, rest assured that it’s only a matter of time before the surrounding squatters are cleared.

developer is not land office, they cannot control the usage of other people land~ developer only care about their own land

First you have to survive the dust, piling work and the debris from construction.

After that, you will be surrounded by a condo with a$$ h0le throwing rubbish from the condo. LOL... but in terms of security definitely increase a lot... is like a housing estate within a housing estate.

0.31 sen, damn cheap if you ask me. I ask the agent twice, sure or not?

I think this has something to do with the facilities provided and the density (6 units per floor and 40 floors in total). Not a lot of facility and those "nice" places they name as "library" and Co-Work Space are just an "empty space".
