These conditions have been considered in the psf. It’s a lot more peaceful at Miranda Hill at the end of the same road

Too many squatters around BK that needs to be cleared and will be a while

That’s what most developers do. Gather interests before hand. Was there on Saturday for one hour and when I was there, 2 units got sapu. Pricing is insane I will say

After completion and with inflation, prices will be higher. If got unsold units, it will be those facing longkang probably. No free lunch in this world

Not sure if this can ever be achieved. Pentamont has squatters on both sides and not sure if it’s big enough to build anything. Developers should not leave small plot of land. Slightly larger piece next to inspirasi but big enough to build anything?

I think this has something to do with the facilities provided and the density (6 units per floor and 40 floors in total). Not a lot of facility and those "nice" places they name as "library" and Co-Work Space are just an "empty space".

Usually start low. Once jmb is formed, there is a tendency to increase. Plus first few years under developer defect liability, minimal costs.

But 0.31 is super cheap

4. The building site of The Minh is in a valley, surrounded by hill slopes, They did pave the slopes with concrete and stuffs but I don't feel comfortable staying too close to hilly slopes.
5. The Minh is close to HTC line running along MK. Can check from Google Map.

But of cos each has it's own Pros and Cons as well. Better to go check out the showroom, visit the site and surrounding to get the real feeling before deciding.

HTC was one factor which stopped me from getting MINH. Facade and facilities can be nice but you cannot run away from ugly sights of cables and people who will keep asking you…aren’t you afraid of the effect.
