It will be done eventually.
I think Jln Kiara 3 had slowly removed the surrounding squaters over the past decade.
With construction of Allevia, Bon & TWY2, the neighbourhood is indeed being upgraded.

But i think the most important upgrade is the Jalan Segambut Upgrade Phase 3, which will connect Jln Kiara 4 to Jln Segambut Dalam. This should alleviate the traffic in Jln Kiara 3 significantly.

It could be this temporary hawker centre ?

and the NKVE very busy highway😅 need to close window all the time, also alot of dust from the road~

By the time MRT MK station feeder buses are running, JK4 should be connected to Jalan Duta Kiara already. Can expect within 10 years

The older units on JK3 will be interesting to see what happens.

This project looks quite good. Asking price like R22 10 years ago for similar sizes. Of course a much inferior location.

Don’t think their makeover guys is suitable for this type of super large unit luxurious project. If I see their stupid pillows in a multi million unit, instant mark down for me.
