I don’t think it’s their intention to complete it early. If the road is accessible now everyone will be using it and caused massive jam around the project area. Would also in a way benefit the construction of other projects in the area

It might be a good idea to finish the road earlier so it will be more persuasive to the fence-sitter who thought of purchasing Bon.

Once the road is linked, since the traffic does not need to pass by GIS to get to Mont Kiara, by right the situation will be improved. If the new road will cause a massive jam, then why would Bon build it.

physical construction should take less than that, probably is the handing over to dbkl part, doubt BK will want to maintain the road themselves too

Hi, I'm just purchase for Type D for own stay purposes, new to Mont Kiara area, anything I need to take note before moving in? Previously from Cheras. Another concern when the TWY 2 doing construction will it be affect to our unit for example will cause wall crack due to pilling works to next condo?

I bought a Condo near IOI Mall Putrajaya with a private lift. Loved the idea of a luxury condo near a Shopping Mall

Hopefully, I can add luxury condo near a future MRT. hehe

no one can say for sure the squatters area will be gone in the future. But looking at the trend of development in MK, not much else land left there, the only possible way for further development is the takeover the exisiting squatters area. Only time will tell
I think i recently saw a posting bout the land next to Trinity Pentamont up for sale ard 80-90m but seems like held but alot of owners

latest price i got is around 800++psf, Type A & B sold out

There’s very limited options if u wanna invest in a new condo that is closed by near amenities eg is Kiaramas Dedaun.

Others u have to buy subales

if u have >2m budget
R22 is a safe bet
can wait Skyworld project launch at JK1, estimated almost above 2m

between 1.5m to 2m
can have a look at Trinity Pentamont for completed project
else Bon Kiara should be a good bet
