Google search Bon Kiara shows mont kiara address on Jln Kiara 3 and yes, looks like TWY2 is ready to paste their advertisement on the front of the site. TWY2 small units and Bon Kiara big units then no need to fight

sure developer will claim the whole road as Jalan Kiara 3😅 if put jalan segambut dalam how to sell😅😅😅

Wow this "new neighbor" must go thru squatter road to get in out everyday then, there's direct road to this parcel of land if they really build this inner land

Looks like their main con Pesona Metro is coming to start work.

Yes good to see that. Also TWY2 site and the nearby cleared land opposite Allevia also having some activity. Looks like 2023 will be a busy time for Jalan Kiara 3.

Along Jln Segambut Dalam - Jalan Kiara 3 we have:
- Miranda Hill
- Bon Kiara
- TWY2
- And not to forget Jalan Segambut Upgrade Master Plan is in progress, more specifically phase 2 which is connecting Jln Segambut directly to Petron North Kiara.
- The rumoured MRT Bukit Segambut

Yah. Also Jalan Kiara 4 of Fasa 4 DBKL Road upgrade is going to take place as well. Good to see road expansion and new connections happening to improve traffic flow around MK area.

What is Jalan Kiara 4 Fasa 4? Is it the connection to Duta Kiara which they have mooted for the longest time?

Duta Kiara Road, no idea about it. But the connection would be very helpful to traffic users if its connected.

Jalan Segambut Upgrade is divided into 4 phases.
Think of Phase 1 as starting from north, which is Jln Segambut whereas Phase 4 is from south , Mont Kiara.
Phase 1 - The main Jln Segambut, along the road we have Era Duta North, Riana Dutamas, SRJKC Khai Chee, etc, it ended at flyover near SPPK Segambut. Completed long time ago, a decade or so.
Phase 2 - Currently road construction in progress. It’s about 800 mtr stretch connecting the end of flyover (in phase 1) to Petron North Kiara. Expected to complete by June 2023.
Phase 3 - Not started yet, This is supposed to be a road from Petron North Kiara connecting to Jalan Kiara 4. I think this will start concurrently with MRT construction, as MRT Bkt Segambut will be along this road. Miranda Hill is along this road as well.
Phase 4 - It’s considered semi-complete. This is actually Jalan Kiara 4, and currently it is terminating at Inspirasi Mont Kiara. Allevia Mont Kiara which is currently under construction will further extend the road a little bit, and DBKL will then takeover and link it to Phase 3.
