tyre rotation is done to make sure all 4 tyres wear evenly. all the times on front wheel drive, front tyres will wore more than rear. balancing is done on each tyre. you need to do balancing every time you change new tyre or there is vibration on wheels when on high speed. alignment is done if one or more tyres worn unevenly or the steering sway either left or right on even straight road.

if everything ok, you can skip the routine.

Quick question. Do you wash your own car? If yes, why? If not, why?

I use Sensha Fine Crystal sealant as a maintenance spray after quick washes. Soft99 Kiwami hybrid wax is my to-go 1/4 maintenance for gloss, protection and water beading. Turtlewax polishing compound for water stains half yearly.

What's yours?

yes i self wash my car. it is because the shop use strong detergent that can wear off paint's protection layer. furthermore, frequent use of water jet can also damage the paint and other car's exterior.

i do have water jet of my own but i only use it on certain area like skirting, front and back bumper and those places that has dirt and sand. i usually wax one time and only wash water thereafter. only after i feel the wax no more then i wash with shampoo and do wax afterwards.

if you don't have car shampoo, you can use dishwasher like sunlight or others that soft on skin. never ever use detergent for cloth. i have a car that been washed with sunlight and still shine even after 13 years.

if your car still shine. never ever polish, wax will do. polish will scrap your paint layer by layer. if your car paint already looks dull, get professional help to polish.

As you know that the car coating is getting common, here would like to conduct this survey for the public knowledge especially as the reference for the car owner looking for the coating.

After submission, you will able to view the survey result.

You calculate from your ODO meter? Mine can last 460-500km per tank thou, got my car 1 month plus too. I suppose it needed more fuel power to move that 17" rim.

Heavy footer? Or always stuck in a very bad jam?

Last weekend went to Mentakab for a wedding and drove around 400km. Then weekday daily city drive to work until today for 4 days for around 144km and my tank still have 1 box left in the fuel gauge. Pretty happy with the fuel consumption.
