Send to other workshop to check? So far mine are still good, after 1st service and a month city drive and drive out to perak and back. I keep paying attention to hear those noise, but so far so good.

Toyota SC sucks sometimes, they don't really do stuff properly.

Ya i feel my car some where got rattling sound but i just ignore it since my persona also the same. My persona rattling the most on the steering cover, dashboard and rear seat. All i can do just stuck some paper so it won't vibrate and rattling. Toyota and honda all these car expensive due import tax. If deduct the tax price might as low as proton or perodua. I've heard someone from "T" that proton persona and above is far more better than vios.

The source of the problem are from assembly line and the qc. Both failed horribly but usually SC get the blame because can't solve it. Aside from that, could be design flaw. Like my case, there is a big gap on the driver side between dashboard and A-pillar. I asked SC why like that. He told me that all Vios like that. Huh! straight but unacceptable answer.

Got fed up with SC, some of the problem I solved my self especially dashboard rattling noise.

I owned continental, korean and local cars. This is my first time owning japanese car. I have high expectation that japanese car has better build that local car. Continental and Korean did not upset me but Korean car tend to have problem related to rubber parts over the time. may be vios was assembled locally, it has local standard quality check.

Vios isn't premium price i believe... Premium would be merz, lexus and etc... But they have issues as well

Hi. Does anyone owns a Gen1 Vios user manual?
Wondering did it mention anything regarding the alarm system.
Previously after I locked my car with the remote and I press the lock button again, it would sound the alarm.
Right now it wouldn't trigger the alarm on the second press.
Tested opening my door with key, the alarm triggered, means the system is active.

Just wanted to know why on second lock press it won't trigger the alarm.

Those cars you mentioned are luxury car. Since you pay vios above the actual price it is considered premium.

The car is not premium but the price is.

the user manual is pathetic, size of the bulb is not stated, it just states Type A for E spec and below and Type B for G and above

Yesterday something weird hapen. While ayam wait wife while she deposite money at bank my car sudenly turn off by itself. The key is with my wife due to she keep it in her hand bag. It is about 10 minutes after my wife left the car. Is it normal?
Btw my vios is 2017 version.
