I was told that 9 years will get better rate. 5 or 7 years will be slightly higher.

Public bank bro.. Not sure if can nego or not.. but if you signed the HP agreement, then i doubt you can nego..

I think the interest rate also differ base on the amount paid for your DP..

Haven't signed yet but also Public Bank...Looking at 15k DP.

2.6 or 2.54 not different a lot

total only RM437.40 extra or extra rm4 a month

how to judge whether need to do or not?

For balancing, you can judge it by when your steering start shaking when cruising around 100km/h - 120km/h.

Alignment is when you align your steering wheel to center position but your car swerve slightly to left/right..

However, best if you do both balancing and alignment every 10k km..

anybody here pump 97 petrol? how many km can you guys go for 1 full tank?

tyre rotation in this context is the left front tyre goes the the right rear and so on, every 10k rotate another place so that the 4 tyres wears out equally, also means a bigger hole in your pocket when u change all 4 tyres at the same time.
