Just let them about it and they try to tighten the engine clip to see if it’s fixed or replace the clip. Hey guys, anyone tried booking service maintenance through the Toyota drive app?? I’ve booked for the 1K mileage maintenance tomorrow 9.30am but not sure why it changes to 5KM and 8am. I don’t mind to go early thou. But wonder does it affect if I suppose to service for 1k mileage while booking shows 5k??

They will check and service base on 1k. I always call in for appointment. Usually they can give me same day slot unless pre holiday week |

Just did my 1K mileage service at Toyota sc. they change fully syn oil for me?? I tot semi is sufficient?? They told me if 1K change full syn, then 5K no need change oil. Is that true or I got con by them??? Rm 254 for first service 🤦🏻♀️

Fully synthetic oil is more expensive but can last way longer since its change interval is usually at 10-15km. Remember on your 2nd service to ask if they quote engine oil again. |

Will definitely take note that they should not change the oil again in 5k service. |

Did you made appointment on Friday night and manage to get a slot on the next day Saturday? I thought Saturday many people? And looks like you did not wait long for your car to be serviced on Saturday (judging by your post on Saturday morning that you had finished the service). |
