If I recall correctly, some other forummer mentioned that this is normal.. Looks like you are at least, the third person/owner to have experienced this "normal" phenomenon.  smile.gif

Day 3 of owning the crv. Noticed rattling sound around driver dashboard area during idling. Sound gone when moving.

Mine have serious rattling noise when go through brick road. The noise is getting louder after almost 1month driving it.

Can't find the exact location, seems like it is from the start button or tweeter mounted at the door

Sorry, no idea.

Lucky you then... I didn't notice such during my extremely short test drive. So it's not all vehicles. Enough to cause some worry.

Taken it to the SC? Reasons given? Besides the obvious QC issue.

Kind of reminds me of the first generation Proton Wira Angkasa blue, I owned one and took good care of the paint job by waxing it. But after a few years I went to USA to study and passed the car to my brother, which he didn't take care of the paint work, and it faded.

Dark color car needs to maintain the paint work by waxing it regularly, else it will fade. mega_shok.gif

I think the gunmetal is the same colour available on our HRV rust black. Just another name in different country. I like the molten lava pearl which is available in USA.

I'm thinking about ceramic pro and sierra glow. Leaning towards ceramic pro just because it's well known brand. The reviews for both are great.

Only thing I'm worried is water mark. Sierra Glow boss told me they will help to remove water mark as long as it's not over 2 panels. I don't quite understand what is 2 panels. I assume 1 panel = 1 door panel ? Didn't bother to ask cause haven't got my car yet.

Anyone else has any experience on coating ?

I find it a bother to keep on needing to tap OK at the head unit to dismiss some disclaimer text every time I start the car. Annoying actually.
