My connection quality at 9:30 PM , 10 September 2018 at Bandar Bukit Jalil.

If the above is not a reason to improve connection quality in this area, I don't know what is. Asking people to use the internet only after 2 AM while charging payment of RM150 per month is ridiculous doh.gif

(I bet there will be multiple posts praising how great DiGi's LTE connection after this just to bury this one ... not like it hasn't happened before. So many PR accounts on this site)

Can pm me whr is ur exact location of bukit jalil? Imu or pav2 thr or other places? So far my database din show any congestion on bukit jalil sites compared to other congested area eg puchong/ampang/klang/kuchai

Already did tried to apply for Maxis home fibre. Not available as there is no infrastructure said the Maxis CS person.

Not fiber. Normal wireless broadband.

So much that we hope Infinite 150 works for you but this is clearly not.

are you sure connect to 4G LTE ? dont set auto
try again during early morning 7am
are device ok ?
try with digi prepaid
try with non digi sim card
test with meter.net. download firefox installer.

it either tower congested, device problem or sim card problem

do you try using ipv4? can change in apn. currently you are using ipv6.

if your area is no congested, then it must be signal interference issue.

Few days ago, I keep getting band 8. So I terpaksa lock band. Hopefully DiGi support lte-a for band 8.
